Throughout my journey working with each unique individual, I've discovered all emotional and physical pains, traumas, suffering, and blockages all stem from two key elements: self-love and self-acknowledgment. Throughout our lives growing up, we have always learned to look for validation from the outside instead of from within, which creates these layers of emotional disconnect from our mind, body, and soul. That's why through my own journey, I realized, that we all have the answer within us, what we need is an intuitive coach to guide us through this journey of discovery.

In addition to being an intuitive coach, through my training and helping women with their skin as an Esthetician, energy worker, and body confidence leader, I have been on this journey of discovering my self-love, and self-honorship, I've helped many more women get their breakthrough and confidence with their skin once again from being afraid of judgment to living in their own personal power again.

Growing up with Chinese immigrant parents, I have been taught the beauty of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how it brings harmony and balance back into their skin and body.
